On Wellness Talk Radio we mostly talk about how to make simple, usually inexpensive changes, that have the potential to create amazing vitality and health, We mostly ask questions to as many smart people that we can find, and then we do our best to get you that information.
We include lots of different viewpoints, because we believe that each person is unique, and what works for one might not for another. But the one thing we believe in, food has the power to change health (and mood) for the better, and we’re eager to share that with the world. And that there are powerful health treatments out there that aren’t being heard about because your Doctor doesn’t know about them. We’ d like to change all that, and thank you for helping us try!
